How It Works
We are there for you anytime and every time you want us.

We work with you to fulfill all your needs the way you want them and become “Insurance Based On Relationships!”. It is a simple as 1 – 2–3.

1. SET UP
• You agree to be a part of the “Critical Insurance” program.
• Welcome email is sent with details after an online profile is created.


2. On Boarding
• We learn about you, your unique situation and asses your needs.
• Your online profile is created / updated
• Online Estate Directory is created / updated (*Optional)
• You upload, fax or scan files and get them online (*Optional)
• You set up your preferences and other options


3. Insurance Based On Relationships! (Keep in touch)
• We shall communicate with you via email at least every 4 months (unless otherwise suggested)
• A Newsletter is sent to you as per the decided schedule
• We make a telephone call to update your plan at least once a year (unless otherwise suggested)
